If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing information are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or up-to-date. At our sole discretion, product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
  • Product Modification: We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of a Service or product.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in Kenya Shillings and are subject to change at any time. Additional taxes, duties, or shipping costs may apply depending on your location.
  • Product Use: We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any harm due to product misuse or failure to follow instructions.
  •  We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products and services that we offer.

  1. Orders and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. Kalingo beauty reserves the right to cancel pending orders for issues due to failure/refusal to review/agree to our Order Policy, suspicious activity/unverified and unconfirmed accounts and conflict.
  • Payment: Payments are securely processed through M-pesa  and are subject to their terms and conditions or any other designated mode of payment indicated on our website.
  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We offer shipping to select locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If the delivery of products and services is delayed by the courier or an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
  • If you made an address error, this includes, but is not limited to: providing an incorrect address and/or old address, you are fully responsible for the additional shipping or address correction fee charged by the shipping company as well as a fee if we need to fill and process a replacement order.
  • You will not be issued a refund/replacement if you mistakenly have your items delivered to the wrong address.
  • If you refuse your shipment or reshipment, or if we can’t reach you to arrange delivery or pick-up despite our best efforts, your order will be treated as an unauthorized return. In this case, a handling fee of 50% of the order value, along with shipping, convenience, and handling charges, will apply. These costs will be deducted from your deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your account.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Returns and Refunds

  • Sales: All sales are final, non-refundable, non-returnable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable.
  • Damaged Items: In the event that your products are damaged during transit, we will send you replacements within 3 business days upon receipt of the damaged item back to us.
  • Order error: In case there is an error with your order caused by us, we will be happy to take it back and send you the correct order.
  • Customers have 24 hours to inform us with photographic evidence of discrepancies, damages, after which the order is considered final and completed. There are no exceptions.
  • Process: To initiate a return in the above scenarios, contact our customer service team at info@kalingobeauty.com or Call/WhatsApp 0799160274 . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
